Description

Biltong is another iconic South African dried meat snack — kind of like beef jerky but with its own unique flavor and texture. It’s made from strips of beef (or sometimes game meat), marinated in a mix of vinegar, salt, coriander, black pepper, and other spices, then air-dried to perfection.
